MARROWS
Ramafrut markets its marrows during almost 11 months a year thanks to a well-planned calendar divided into four production areas. The year begins in Senegal and then continues with its Spanish production campaigns.
Marrows are said to be beneficial for the eyesight thanks to their high content in vitamin A. They also contain vitamins B, C and E and have purifying and digestive properties. They are low in calories and have almost no fat. They are a good source of fibre, and are a powerful antioxidant which helps to form collagen, red blood cells and bones.
